Brother Testifies that Maina Gave N150m Cash to Buy Property in Abuja
During the resumed trial on Thursday, January 16, Khalid Aliyu, one of the younger brothers of Abdulrasheed Maina, the embattled former Chairman of the defunct Pension Reform Task Team, provided testimony in court.
Aliyu recalled how Maina entrusted him with the United States dollar equivalent of N150 million to purchase a property in the Life Camp area of Abuja on his behalf. He then delivered the cash to Alhaji Ali Sani, the seller of the property.
