Lewis Hamilton declines COVID-19 test despite exposure to Idris Elba and Sophie Trudeau, both of whom tested positive
Despite having been in contact with Idris Elba and Sophie Trudeau, who both tested positive for COVID-19, Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton has opted not to undergo a coronavirus test.
Hamilton, 35, encountered the pair at a London event on March 4 before traveling to Melbourne for the first Formula One race of the season.
A few days later, both actor Elba and Trudeau, the wife of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, revealed their positive test results for the virus.
Hamilton took to Instagram to provide an update to his fans, stating: "Hey guys, I hope you're all staying positive, and keeping busy and healthy.
'There's been some speculation about my health, after I was at an event where two people later tested positive for coronavirus.
'I wanted to let you know that I'm doing...
