170 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Nigeria

The count of new COVID-19 cases in Nigeria has reached 170. The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) reported that amongst these cases, 39 were documented in Lagos, 29 in Kano, 24 in Ogun, 18 in Bauchi, 15 in Kaduna, 12 in the FCT, 12 in Sokoto, 8 in Katsina, 7 in Borno, 3 in Nasarawa, 2 in Adamawa, and 1 in Oyo. Consequently, Nigeria now has 2558 confirmed cases of COVID-19, with 400 patients discharged from the isolation centers and 87 deaths recorded.
