The death of Hana Kimura, a 22-year-old Japanese professional wrestler and cast member of Netflix's reality show "Terrace House," has been confirmed by Stardom Wrestling, the organization she was associated with, in a statement released on May 23rd. Although the cause of her death is not immediately clear, Hana had posted a photo on her Instagram story with a caption that said "goodbye," the day before. Last night, a potential tragedy was averted as a mother discovered a snake in her son's room before it could cause harm.   The mother, who had been participating in the singer Nathaniel Bassey's Halleluyah challenge, shared a photo of the dead snake. The male caller suggested that women being abused by their partners should emulate Jesus Christ and turn the other cheek. Joyce strongly objected to this advice, questioning why the caller couldn't advise abusive men to emulate Christ and not harm women. She emphasized that men should be held accountable for failing to emulate Christ and expressed her refusal to accept any form of abuse. Tribunal Upholds the Election of Yahaya Bello as Kogi State Governor

Yahaya Bello's election as the governor of Kogi State has been affirmed by the Kogi State Governorship Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja.   Bello, who was the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the November 16, 2019 poll in Kogi State, has had his victory validated by the tribunal.   The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its governorship candidate, Musa Wada, filed a petition challenging Bello's election, alleging irregularities, violence, ballot snatching and stuffing, as well as non-compliance with the electoral act, constitution and INEC’s guidelines for governorship elections.   In a ruling delivered today, on May 23, the tribunal struck out the petition due to lack of substantial evidence presented by the opposition.
