Lagos discharges Indian, 14 Nigerians after testing negative for Coronavirus

Health Commissioner reveals: Two children under the age of 10 have contracted COVID-19 in Ekiti State

The Ekiti State government revealed on Monday that among the four newly confirmed COVID-19 patients in the state, two children under the age of 10 were included.   Announced on Saturday, April 25, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) reported four new cases of Coronavirus in Ekiti who had contacts with the 45-year-old doctor, contracting the disease through the only deceased patient in the state.   Dr. Mojisola Yaya-Kolade, the Commissioner for Health, addressed journalists in Ado-Ekiti, the state capital, on Monday, April 27, stating, “In the four new cases, there were two children of ages 10 and 9 who must have contracted it through the 45-year-old doctor and only active case before the new cases." COVID19 patient delivered of baby at LUTH

The Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) successfully delivered a baby girl for a 40-year-old woman who had tested positive for COVID-19.
