Naira’s Plummeting Value: Now Exchanging at N420 to a Dollar

This news makes them the ninth and tenth countries in the region to record positive cases of the COVID-19 virus.   Gabon's government announced that the infected individual is a 27-year-old Gabonese man who returned from France on March 8.
