Police exhume corpse of female LASU student allegedly killed for money rituals by boyfriend (photos)

The decomposing corpse of Favour Daley-Oladele, a female student of Lagos State University, who was allegedly killed by her boyfriend, Owolabi Adeeko, for money rituals, has been exhumed by the Commissioner of Police in Osun state, Babatunde Kokumo, and his team of officers. In December 2019, Owolabi was apprehended for luring Favour to a church in Ikoyi-Ile, where she was brutally murdered for the purpose of using her body parts for money rituals. According to Owolabi's confession to the police, Pastor Segun Phillip of Cherubim and Seraphim Church, Solution Chapel, removed her heart, breast, and other vital organs to prepare a concoction, which was then consumed by Adeeko and his mother. Nigerian navy arrests 7 Sri Lankans, 2 Ghanaians for illegal activities

The Nigerian navy has apprehended seven Sri Lankans, two Ghanaians, and over 50 Nigerians for engaging in illegal activities on Nigerian waters during the festive period. Commodore Ibrahim Shettima, the Commander of NNS Beecroft, confirmed the arrests and stated that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and officials of the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) have been invited to gather evidence for the prosecution of the suspects. Additionally, one of the seven vessels intercepted, MV Zebrugge, was found to have petroleum products without proper documentation and had seven Sri Lankan nationals on board. Another intercepted vessel, MT Jonko, had 11 Nigerians onboard along with 1077 metric tonnes of crude oil.
