Oyo state Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources, Kehinde Ayoola, dies at 55

Mr Kehinde Ayoola, the Commissioner for Environment and Natural Resources in Oyo state, has passed away at the age of 55.   Ayoola has been ill for the past two weeks and was receiving treatment at a private hospital in Iyaganku, Ibadan, where he eventually passed away on May 14.   The Oyo-born politician served as the representative of Oyo East state constituency from 1999 to 2003.   The cause of his death has not yet been disclosed.   The state governor, Seyi Makinde, expressed his condolences for the former Commissioner via his Twitter handle.
