An insider reveals the reason behind Adele’s significant weight loss

According to a source, Adele lost weight and is determined to maintain her new physique.   The singer, 31, shed 7-stone after revamping her diet and the source has now disclosed that her motivation was her seven-year-old son, Angelo.   The insider claimed that Adele wanted to prioritize being "the healthiest mum possible" for her young son.   Speaking to People, the source said: "She got to the point where she didn't feel great. She knew she had to change something because she wants to be the healthiest mum possible.   "Her entire focus during the weight loss journey has really been about how she can be healthier and how she can treat her body better. It was never about losing weight."
