The United States Government announced that no American casualties occurred in the Iranian missile strikes targeting its air bases in Al Asad and Erbil in Iraq.    Iranian state television, however, reported that at least 80 "American terrorists" were killed in the attacks, involving 15 missiles launched by Tehran on US targets in Iraq. Supreme court validates Governors Ikpeazu, Okowa, and Bello’s election

The supreme court has affirmed the election of Okezie Ikpeazu, Ifeanyi Okowa, and Abubakar Bello as governors of Abia, Delta, and Niger states respectively. The petitions of Mohammed Nasko of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Niger state, Great Ogboru and the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta state, and that of Mr. Alex Otti of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) were dismissed by the highest court in the country. The lower courts had already upheld the victories of the Governors in the 2019 election.
