Tragic Accident Claims Two Lives in Delta State During Police Chase (See Photos)

Two individuals tragically lost their lives in an accident that occurred during a police chase in Sapele, Delta state on Tuesday, July 7.     According to eyewitnesses, police officers attempted to stop a Benz SUV traveling from Benin city, but the driver refused to comply and instead began to reverse.   This prompted the police officers to initiate a pursuit. During the chase, the officers reportedly fired at the vehicle's tires. As a result, the driver lost control and collided with a motorcycle carrying a rider and a passenger. The rider, identified as Joseph, was killed instantly, while the passenger, Mrs. Igho Avwata, an elderly woman and a primary school teacher, succumbed to her injuries an hour later. Founder of the Church of Satan in Abia Arrested as Youths Demolish Its Building (See Photos)

The youths of Ohafia, Abia State, have demolished the Assemblies of Light Bearer Greater Church of Lucifer, commonly known as the Church of Satan.   According to reports, the founder of the church, Ifekwe Udo, also known as Lucifer or Fada-Fada, gained popularity for providing employment opportunities to unemployed youths in the community. He distributed motorcycles on hire purchase and established a brothel.   Ifenkwe was apprehended for alleged violations including breaking the lockdown order, child trafficking, and terrorizing the community.   Below are photos of the youths destroying some statues in the church:

"A Nigerian woman expresses her admiration for Hushpuppi, saying she wishes to have a son like him"

A lady from Nigeria has gained attention on Facebook after posting photos of Hushpuppi and praising him.   Comedian Ada Jesus shared images of Raymond Olorunwa Abbas, also known as Hushpuppi, who was arrested in Dubai for suspected fraud and then extradited to the US. He is currently being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago.   In her caption for the photos, she wrote: "I pray to have a son like you, and in my next life, you will be my husband. Wise man, may God be with you brother. Nobody is more righteous."
