Vanessa Bryant, the wife of the late NBA legend Kobe Bryant, is mourning the loss of her husband and their 13-year-old daughter, Gianna. Story of a woman in Kano who sets herself on fire after husband marries second wife

Protesting against her husband's decision to marry a second wife, a woman identified as Rabi in Kano took the extreme step of setting herself on fire.    According to reports from a radio station in the state, Freedom Radio on Wednesday January 29, the tragic incident took place at Gayawa quarters in Ungoggo local government area.    The victim's brother-in-law, Salisu Safiyanu, informed the media that he discovered the woman burnt beyond recognition in her own home.    Confirming the incident, Rabi's sister, Malama Mariya, also revealed the devastating impact of her sister's death due to extreme jealousy.    Kano's Police spokesperson, Abdullhi Kiyawa, verified the incident and stated that he is awaiting further information before issuing an official statement.
