Borno State Governor Makes Unique Appointments of Special Advisers
Borno State Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, has made special adviser appointments of an Igbo man, Kesta Ogualili from Anambra state, and a Yoruba indigene, Yusuf Alao from Oyo state in his cabinet.
Both men, who are professionals and have been residents in Borno State for many years, have actively supported the All Progressives Congress (APC). As a result, the state governor believes they deserve to be part of his government.
At the swearing-in ceremony of the 26 advisers, the state Deputy Governor, Umar Kadafur, representing the governor, administered oaths of office and allegiance to them.
