The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) Director-General, Oke-Osanyintolu, has taken legal action against his ex-lover, Ms Olaide Ibraheem, regarding their dispute over ownership of a property located at No.1 Baba Yusuf Close in Alausa, Lagos.
Ibraheem was initially arraigned before the Igbosere High Court on May 22, 2017, on charges including forgery, forcible entry, and criminal damage of the property. These charges were in connection to the disputed property allegedly belonging to Oke-Osanyintolu.
During the trial, the LASEMA boss' personal assistant and a signature expert testified in court, while Ibraheem called in six witnesses, including a surveyor and a police officer.
