The Bayelsa State Police Command has arrested Mr. Victor Oba, who is said to be a cousin of former first lady Patience Jonathan, over the attempted murder of his ex-lover, Seigha Atia.   Oba, who reportedly manages the former first lady’s hotel 'Aridolf Hotels and Spar', allegedly struck the lady with his Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV), causing severe leg injuries that require amputation, and left her at the scene.    According to Atia, Oba assaulted her after she ended their relationship.     Recalling the incident, Atia explained, “On the day of the incident, we had an argument and he called me and asked me to come outside of our gate to get the rest of my things in his car.
