2019 Election: INEC Includes Zamfara APC on Ballot The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has included the candidates of the APC in Zamfara State on the ballot paper. This was made known in a statement on Friday by the National Commissioner and Chairman, Voter Education Committee, INEC, Festus Okoye. Recall that the electoral commission had initially refused to enlist the party candidates in all the elections for the state over irregularities in the party’s primaries conducted in October last year. According to Okoye, INEC took the decision following a ruling delivered on Thursday by the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja.
