The Keke driver who impregnated the 14-year-old girl in Warri, Delta state took her to a private hospital for an abortion, but got arrested after a nurse notified human rights activist Harrison, who arrived the clinic and took the girl away to the police. INEC Declares Plateau Gubernatorial Polls Inconclusive The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared the gubernatorial election in Plateau State inconclusive. The Returning Officer, Prof. Richard Anande, said the election was declared inconclusive because the difference between the two major contenders, APC and PDP was less than the votes cancelled.
