11 cases of coronavirus confirmed in the US
The US now has a total of 11 confirmed cases of coronavirus, with the recent announcement of three new cases in California on Sunday. This brings the state's total to six cases. Health officials reported that two cases were identified in San Benito County, with a husband and wife diagnosed with the virus. The husband had traveled to Wuhan, China, while the wife contracted the disease from the second person-to-person transmission in the country, as noted in a statement from local health officials.
