The arrest of a suspected suicide bomber named Nathaniel Samuel, who is a Christian, after a failed attempt on Bishop David Oyedepo's church in Kaduna state, on Sunday, February 2nd, has raised concerns about the existence of a Christian version of Boko Haram, according to the Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC).
MURIC's president, Professor Ishaq Akintola, released a statement last night, stating that the arrest of Nathaniel Samuel, who attempted to bomb the Sabon Tasha branch of Living Faith church, also known as Winners chapel, made a mockery of the Christian Association of Nigeria's (CAN) rally organized on the same day to protest against the rising insecurity in the country.
