Sadiat stole a she-goat belonging to Fausat Adegboga in the Agunbelewo area of Osogbo metropolis on Sunday, January 5. The prosecutor, Abiodun Fagboyinbo, informed the court that "Sadiat Jimoh and one other person at large conspired to commit felony to wit stealing on January 5 at Agunbelewo in Osogbo."
