Allegations have surfaced against a man, suspected to be a cultist, who is currently on the run after reportedly attacking a woman with a hammer.   The suspect, identified as Patrick Effiong Bassey, is said to have been causing fear among his neighbors and landlord in Calabar.   Reports suggest that on Sunday, January 5, he illicitly entered the residence of a woman named Dorathy with intentions to steal.
