Visit of Borno State Governor to Victims of Recent Boko Haram Attack

Last night, Borno State Governor, Prof Babagana Umara Zulum, visited the victims of the recent Boko Haram attacks in Maiduguri, Borno State.   Shortly after President Buhari's sympathy visit, suspected Boko Haram members carried out a fresh attack on the residents of Damboa road around Maiduguri NNPC depot.   A rocket-propelled grenade, believed to have been launched by a Boko Haram insurgent from an unknown distance, struck a house in Jiddari, injuring the occupants.   The governor went to the State Specialist Hospital in Maiduguri, where the injured were admitted. He ordered the settlement of their medical bills.

Gospel artist Sinach and Joe Egbu dedicated their daughter in church on February 12, 2020, during the mid-week service.   Joe Egbu took to Instagram to share images from the dedication ceremony.   He expressed, "I wish I could extend the Paternity Leave.
