An arrest warrant was issued for ex-Customs boss, Abdullahi Dikko

Former Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Abdullahi Dikko, has been issued a bench warrant for his arrest by Justice Ifeoma Ojukwu of the Federal High Court in Abuja.   Allegations of fraud during his tenure in office were brought against the former Customs boss by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC).   ICPC accused Dikko and others of inducing the Managing Director of Cambial Limited, Yemi Obadeyi, to make a refundable payment of N1.1 billion into the account of Capital Law Office for the purchase of residential accommodation for officers of the Nigeria Customs Service. Nigerian alleges SARS unlawfully cut off his father’s locs

On Facebook, a man accused SARS operatives of cutting off his father's locs without justification.   Divine Michael Jackson, a resident of Port Harcourt, posted a photo of his father's hair before and after it was cut.   He blamed SARS operatives for the act and claimed they confiscated the severed locs, instructing his father to retrieve them on Tuesday.   "I am extremely saddened. We demand justice. We appeal to the human rights. They might end up killing my father," Divine MJ expressed, adding, "Let justice be served, regardless of our financial status."
