The taskforce of the Benue Internal Revenue Service (BIRS) carried out arrests of eight individuals suspected of engaging in illegal road blocks and defrauding unsuspecting tax payers.   Among the arrested suspects, Mnder Terlumun, Terese Tumase, and Gandepuun Agabi were apprehended at Gbanyam in Buruku LGA.     Additionally, Liambee Asange and Yisa Zegeiya were taken into custody at Sati Ikyov in Ushongo LGA, and Terhemba Ordue alongside Terna Akosu at GRA Kwande LGA.   Abugh Gondo, who was found operating at Wannune, Mbaagwa, Kwande Local Government Area, was also apprehended.
