During an interview with CNN, Chikwe Ihekweazu, the Director General of the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), emphasized that Nigeria's successful management of the Ebola virus epidemic in 2014 showcases its capability to handle the coronavirus.   Ihekweazu stated, “Nigeria is ready. According to a statement from the agency, the suspects, namely Daniel Archiobong, David Ikechukwu, Alex James, Williams Vincent, Sanni Lucas, Ichado Victor O, Ubah Henry, Anifowoshe Femi, and Akinseye Dipo, were rounded up in the early hours of the day.
