One Twitter user expressed the opinion that any guy who does not provide his girlfriend with "daily pocket money and weekly allowances" should reconsider having a girlfriend.   He wrote: "If you’re a guy, and you don’t give your girlfriend daily pocket money and weekly allowances... at least 200k weekly, you don’t need a girlfriend .. go and work. You don’t deserve that girl bro. No cap."   His tweet faced criticism from his followers and other users on Twitter.

Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez chose to honor Kobe and Gigi Bryant with their nail art during the memorial ceremony for the two held on February 24 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.   Beyonce, who opened the event with a performance, had her nails adorned to honor Kobe and Gigi. Her nails featured the word "Kobe" on one hand and "Gigi" on the other, while also painted in purple to reflect the Lakers' team colors.     In a similar fashion, Jennifer Lopez also paid tribute to Kobe and Gigi by incorporating their basketball jersey numbers, "24" and "2", on the index finger of each nail.     Priyanka Chopra also paid tribute to Kobe by adorning her nail with his jersey number "24."

The incident was sparked by the discovery of the corpse of a villager named Adebayo Abudu, which had been kidnapped and found by the police.
