The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command has apprehended Oputa Vitus in connection with the homicide of Ibrahim Garba Haji, a staff member of the Abuja Electrical Distribution Company (AEDC).   Haji was reportedly stabbed by the suspect with a knife in Pasali, Kabusa Community, Abuja on Tuesday while carrying out his official duties in the community.
