Argentina is on the brink of being the first major Latin American country to legalize abortion.   Currently, abortion in Argentina is permitted only in cases of rape or when the mother's health is at risk. President Alberto Fernández has announced his intention to introduce a bill to Congress within the next 10 days to legalize abortion.   During his first annual address to congress on Sunday night, he emphasized, “The state must protect its citizens in general and women in particular. Minister of Health, Ehanire Osagie confirms Italian man with coronavirus was unaware of his condition

The Minister of Health, Ehanire Osagie, has disclosed that the Italian man, who is the first confirmed case of coronavirus in Nigeria, was unaware of his infection.  Osagie confirmed that tests conducted by the Virology Laboratory of the Lagos University Teaching Hospital verified the presence of the COVID-19 virus in the 44-year-old Italian citizen.
