During their duty in the Kabusa area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, employees of the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) were attacked on Tuesday afternoon, February 25, as they disconnected the electricity of non-paying customers.   Tragically, one of the workers was killed in the assault, while another managed to escape but sustained serious injuries.   The deceased AEDC official's body has been taken to the mortuary at Garki Hospital, Area 8, Abuja, according to Guardian reports.
