A jury heard today that a 20-year-old nursery worker, who was married, had a child after engaging in a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old boy. John King, a Florida man, was taken into custody after setting a hospital bed on fire with another patient in the room, all in an attempt to attract the attention of the hospital staff. According to a statement from the New Smyrna Beach Police Department, King allegedly ignited a plastic bag on Saturday because he was feeling ignored by the AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach staff who he had repeatedly asked to bring him his clothes.
