Amid the COVID-19 lockdown, Magdalene Namazzi was captured pleading with police officers not to seize Joseph Muwanga's motorcycle as he was transporting her and her ill child to the hospital.     Images shared by Uganda's New Vision depict Namazzi appealing to the officers to allow them to proceed, emphasizing that they unintentionally violated the President's lockdown orders. Namazzi explained that using the motorcycle was the most practical way to rush the sick child to the hospital and save her life.   Eventually, the police returned the motorcycle to the rider.
