The Anambra Police Command has issued a statement concerning the "acid attack" on policemen by Nkpor youths, which occurred after a young man was killed by security operatives.
According to Haruna Mohammed, the spokesperson for the command, Cpl Christopher Ozor, one of the officers from the patrol team, sustained severe injuries all over his body in an unprovoked attack by a "group of miscreants" with a substance suspected to be acid.
