President Muhammadu Buhari will address Nigerians in a nationwide broadcast by 7pm today April 13, on the next line of action, as the two weeks lockdown in Lagos and Abuja comes to an end.   A statement issued by the Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, reads    ''President Buhari will broadcast to the nation on Monday, April 13, 2020 at 7pm. Television, radio and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of  NTA and Radio Nigeria for the broadcast''.     President Buhari on March 29 had a similar broadcast where he declared a total lockdown in Lagos, Abuja and Ogun state as part of measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.

On Saturday, a 43-year-old security guard was arrested for assaulting a nurse at a clinic in Semarang, Central Java, Jakarta, Indonesia.
