French President, Emmanuel Macron, has announced the extension of the nationwide Coronavirus lockdown for a month as the death toll in the country reaches 15,000.   The restrictions, initially imposed on March 17, will continue to be strictly enforced until May 11, as stated by the president.   Speaking to the nation from the Elysée Palace in Paris on Monday evening, President Macron offered his apologies for the lack of preparedness in dealing with the virus. Reacting to the tragic loss of his family members, Jayne’s younger brother Richard, 60, expressed his anguish, feeling as though his heart had been forcibly taken from him.
