Brian Dennehy, the revered American stage and screen actor, has passed away at the age of 81.
A two-time Tony Award winner with a career spanning five decades, Dennehy died of natural causes in Connecticut on Wednesday night, as announced by ICM Partners in a statement.
His daughter Elizabeth confirmed the news on Twitter, stating, “It is with heavy hearts we announce that our father, Brian passed away last night from natural causes, not Covid-related. Larger than life, generous to a fault, a proud and devoted father and grandfather, he will be missed by his wife Jennifer, family, and many friends.”
