Reports confirm that 14 internally displaced persons lost their lives, while 15 individuals sustained varying degrees of injuries during a destructive fire outbreak at a camp for displaced persons in Ngala local government area of Borno state.   The fire, which started at approximately 2:15 pm at Ngala IS camp on Thursday April 16, has resulted in devastating consequences.   According to Mal Yusuf Gulumbo, who announced the tragic incident via a Facebook post, the fire engulfed 1250 houses.
