13 new cases of COVID19 recorded in Lagos, Delta and Kano

13 new cases of COVID19 recorded in Lagos, Delta and Kano A total of 13 new cases of COVID19 have been identified in Lagos, Delta, and Kano state, contributing to a total of 318 cases in Nigeria.   The NCDC reports that 11 cases were confirmed in Lagos, one in Delta, and one in Kano state.   Below are the states with confirmed COVID19 cases in Nigeria:

Following two consecutive negative tests for the virus, 10 COVID-19 patients are ready to be discharged from the Ejigbo Isolation Center.   In an evening tweet, the state governor, Gboyega Oyetola, shared the uplifting news. The city of Kano has reported its inaugural case of the Coronavirus. The announcement was made by Salihu Yakasai, the Director General of Media and Communications for the Kano State Government.
