Coronavirus: Sex scandals hit COVID-19 centres as those in quarantine are now ‘engaging in sexual acts’ with each other
The Ministry of Health permanent secretary in Uganda has disclosed that individuals in institutional quarantine in Uganda have initiated sexual activities with each other.
Permanent Secretary Diana Atwine mentioned during a recent interview on Radio One talk show, as reported by WatchDog Uganda, that most of the quarantined individuals in hotels have started to engage in sexual activities by moving to each other's rooms.
She expressed the Ministry of Health's serious concern as this practice is undermining the government's efforts to control the spread of Coronavirus in Uganda.
