Good news: 8 more COVID-19 patients released from Lagos hospital

Today, April 14, eight more COVID-19 patients have been discharged from the Infectious Disease Hospital in Yaba, Lagos.   The announcement was made by Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on his social media platforms this evening.   The governor revealed that the discharged patients, consisting of two females and six males, tested negative for the virus and have fully recovered from COVID-19. Arrested in Budapest, the capital of Hungary, the 22-year-old Nigerian student is accused of sexually assaulting a sex worker.   As per the police statement, a woman lodged a complaint on Saturday alleging that she was sexually assaulted in an apartment in District 7.   Reportedly, the woman claimed to have met the man on a website advertising sexual services. She stated that on April 11, around 3 PM, the man visited her residence with the intent of having sexual relations.
