'My wife has a passion for cooking and I enjoy eating, not a good combo' – Concerns from Juventus star Aaron Ramsey about gaining weight during lockdown

Juventus/Wales star Aaron Ramsey has concerns about the possibility of gaining weight during the Coronavirus lockdown.   The 29-year-old midfielder, currently in Italy, where lockdown will be extended until early May, and with Serie A games suspended until at least late May, worries that his love for food combined with his wife's passion for cooking could lead to excess weight gain.                             'I've been following the fitness programs sent by the club, staying in shape most days,' he said. 'But it's not the same as training or playing games where you don't have to worry about putting on weight. 'It's challenging because my wife enjoys cooking and I enjoy eating, so it's not an ideal combination. I'm usually strict when I'm back in tr...

Reports: Landlords seeking sexual favors from female tenants in exchange for rent during the Coronavirus pandemic

Amid the Coronavirus pandemic, the Hawaii State Commission on the Status of Women in the US has observed an increase in instances of landlords exploiting the financial distress of tenants to demand sexual favors in exchange for rent payment.     As reported by Vlad TV, the commission has revealed that only 69% of American renters managed to pay their rent on April 1, largely due to recent job losses and furloughs.    According to immigration attorney Kevin Block, instead of seeking rent, some landlords are requesting 'other arrangements' and even sending explicit sexual images when female tenants inquire about rent.   "I am worried because the reported incidents suggest there are even more unreported cases," Block expressed his concern.    Khara Jabola-Carolus, the Executive Direct...
