On Sunday, police in Peru took a Chinese individual into custody for unlawfully administering rapid COVID-19 tests to the public using kits that had been stolen from Peru’s health ministry. Tianxing Zhang, 36, was apprehended in the Brena district of Lima while attempting to collect samples from two women at their residence.
