Alleged Attempt to Sell 4-Year-Old Boy Leads to Arrest of Mother and Son in Niger

Stella Idris, 46 years old, and her 16-year-old son, Miracle, along with 18-year-old Ebube Ebuka, have been taken into custody by the Niger state police command. They are accused of abducting and trying to sell a four-year-old boy in Suleja local government area.   The father of the missing four-year-old boy reported the abduction to the A’ Division in Suleja. Upon receiving the complaint, a police team commenced an investigation and tracked the group, suspected of being involved in the case, to the location where the transaction was expected to occur.   Upon the arrival of the police, the supposed buyer fled and is currently evading capture, while the suspects have been apprehended and are under investigation.
