A father in Ekiti refuses to allow his son who came from Lagos to enter his house; says he must get tested for Coronavirus (video)

A father in Ekiti has refused to let his son, who recently returned from Lagos, enter his house without first getting tested for Covid-19. The son defied his father's advice to stay in Lagos until the spread of the virus is contained and proceeded to Ekiti. Upon arrival, the father insisted that his son either undergo a Covid-19 test or self-isolate for 14 days before being allowed inside. This action was influenced by the father's desire not to contribute to the spread of the virus in Ekiti, especially in light of the case of a 29-year-old pregnant community health worker who died from Covid-19 after sneaking into the state from Lagos. The incident was captured in a video.
