Four ex-convicts apprehended by Niger police for armed robbery
Following their collaboration to commit a robbery at a residence in Minna, resulting in the theft of valuable items worth millions of naira, the Niger State Police Command has apprehended four ex-convicts.
The individuals involved, named as Yahaya Mohammed, Ayuba Simon, Menasse Makama, and Nuhu Azuka, admitted to their participation in the theft after being questioned.
Information was shared by the command’s spokesperson, Wasiu Abiodun, in a statement released on Friday, stating that the apprehension of the suspects followed a report from a concerned citizen.
