Omo-Agege: Tinubu is Addressing Majority of Nigeria’s Issues

During a briefing in Effurun, Delta State over the weekend, Ovie Omo-Agege, the former deputy Senate president, asserted that President Bola Tinubu has effectively tackled the majority of challenges facing Nigeria.

Expressing his belief in Tinubu’s capability to enhance the country’s current economic condition, Omo-Agege urged Nigerians to sustain their support for him.

As the Delta All Progressive Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate for 2023, Omo-Agege implored for patience, acknowledging the expectation of challenges worsening before improvements could be seen.

Encouraging Nigerians to offer prayers and backing to the President, Omo-Agege emphasized Tinubu’s competence in addressing the issues. He mentioned that Tinubu’s track record as a former Governor of Lagos State was reassuring, and within his first year in office by May 29, significant progress had been made in confronting the prevailing challenges.

Referring to the Coastal Highway project as a vital infrastructure development for the South-South region, Omo-Agege highlighted Tinubu’s strategic vision for economic growth and expansion.

In defense of the cost of the project, Omo-Agege explained that the road construction utilizing cement instead of asphalt was a significant innovation contributing to its longevity and low maintenance requirements. He expressed confidence that the President’s efforts would soon be recognized and appreciated by Nigerians.
