Actress and pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo joins the endorsements for United States Vice President Kamala Harris for the upcoming presidential race after President Joe Biden withdrew as the Democratic Party nominee.
Through her Instagram account, Rodrigo posted a video of Harris pledging to protect reproductive rights at her inaugural campaign rally, accompanied by enthusiastic emojis.
Joining the ranks of endorsers is singer Katy Perry, who showcased her support for Kamala Harris in a unique way.
In a post, Perry shared a modified clip of Harris set to her track ‘Woman’s World,’ serenading fans with the lyrics, “It’s a woman’s world and you’re lucky to be living in it.”
Adding to the list of supporters, Tina Knowles, mother of Beyoncé, publicly endorsed Harris following Biden’s withdrawal as the Democratic Party nominee.
In a different gesture of support, Beyoncé granted permission for Harris to use her hit song ‘Freedom’ in her presidential campaign.
