Officials have accused a mother of enabling a 26-year-old man to exploit her 12-year-old daughter for 3 years in the Ikorodu area of Lagos State.
An Instagram user, who shared images from the scene, revealed that the girl’s mother allegedly used a charm to extort money from the man, with whom the young girl had a sexual relationship since she was 9-years-old.

This young man, 26 years old, has been involved with this 12-year-old girl. According to the girl, the man has been engaging in sexual activities with her for over 3 years. It was also discovered that the girl’s mother used a charm to receive money from the man. Fellow Nigerians, what can we call this? Is it rape or something else?
