An alarming incident has occurred in Benin, Edo State, as a mentally challenged man stabbed a lady at Oruokpota hall, Ring road. Eyewitnesses reported that the attack took place while the victim was having a conversation with a friend on the walkway. Despite the mentally challenged man’s warning to vacate the walkway, the lady and her friend ignored him, leading to the violent altercation.
