Meals will no longer be served aboard domestic flights – Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika

The Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, has announced a new policy stating that meals will not be served on domestic flights. This decision was disclosed during the daily briefing of the presidential task force on COVID-19 on Monday, July 6.

According to Sirika, the purpose of this measure is to reduce the risk of contamination. Passengers are encouraged to bring their own masks as no food will be provided during domestic flights. The minister emphasized the primary role of the cabin crew, which is to prioritize the safety and well-being of passengers.
