Manchester United warned about potential relegation if they sign £30m star, says Parker

Paul Parker, a former player of Manchester United, has raised concerns about the club’s chances of being ‘relegated’ from the Champions League positions if they decide to acquire Sander Berge from Burnley this summer.

There are reports that Man United is seriously considering making a move for the 26-year-old defensive midfielder in this transfer window.

The Sun has indicated that The Red Devils might have to shell out around £30 million to secure Berge’s services at Old Trafford.

Addressing this potential transfer, Parker expressed his thoughts to BonusCodeBets through Metro UK:

“Sander Berge has faced relegation twice already.

“He experienced it with Sheffield United and then with Burnley.

“Twice in a row. It doesn’t seem like he brings much luck, does he? United certainly don’t want to risk slipping from the Champions League spots again.”
